Our focus is to empower and Guide a new generation, Our ethos ensures we adhere to uplift each young individual that is placed with us. We have supported young people (aged 16-25) to manage past trauma, giving them consistent love, care, access education,inspire and motivate; alongside offering therapeutic support to help them achieve their goals and aspirations. We provide a full range of integrated services that meet the needs of each individuals requirements, We employ highly-trained and dedicated staff who have a combination of over 45 years experience, within the local authority care sector, providing accommodation for the most vulnerable.
We offer support and provide high quality accommodation for young people between the ages of 16– 25. At Decorum Care. We aim to empower young people through care education and support.

If you’re a young person at Decorum Care, this section will give you more information on all the things you might want to know. If you ever have a question, or just want to talk to someone, please speak to any of us
Your key team are your go-to people and you can talk to them about anything you want. They will help you with things like:
- Keeping in touch with people that are important to you.
- Making sure you have everything you need like clothes, toiletries, and medication
- Creating a plan to support you and keep you safe
- Helping you to move on when you are ready, and it has been agreed that it’s best for you
- Talking to you before and after meetings so you know what will be addressed and what happens next
- Speaking up for you and helping you speak up for yourself at meetings like Children’s Hearings and Review Meetings
- Writing reports that talk about your point of view, how you are getting on, and where you see your future
